Our energy client is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager (m/f/d) to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Part of the program management team as the IT program manager for a SAP IS-U (ERP) to S4/HANA migration
  • Close collaboration with the business program manager and coordination of internal teams, external consultants, and service providers
  • Managing program phases including initiation, planning, implementation, go-live, and hypercare, including communication, monitoring, and controlling with a variety of stakeholders and multiple business areas
  • Ensuring standard project management tasks such as scope, schedule, resource, and stakeholder management
  • Ensuring project planning and control based on the principles of Earned Value Management to achieve goals based on the dimensions of scope, time, and budget
  • Planning and implementing risk-minimizing measures
  • Revising and finalizing the program roadmap and associated costs
  • Developing and processing adaptation needs (change request process)
  • Consolidated status reporting at the program level, including coordination with projects and stakeholders, and presenting status to the relevant governance body at the level of department head or executive board
