Responsibilities:


Customer Service

• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
• Handle rare customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Take the extra mile to engage customers.
• Utilizing our CRM system (ZOHO) to efficiently manage customer interactions and followups.
• Collaborating with our Office Manager to handle daytoday administrative tasks and ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

• High school degree
• Some customer support experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and their reporting capabilities.
• A friendly demeanor and genuine passion for assisting customers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Experience with QuickBooks, is a plus.

Schedule:
In-person Monday-Thursday, approximately 20 hours to start with the possibility of additional hours/hybrid flexibility on Friday in the future


Wage:
Beginning at $21/hour, final determination based upon experience.
