Duties:


  • Coordination of applicant and new hire screenings and onboarding appointments
  • Assist with setup and orientation of new employees
  • Enter employee data and run reports in Paycom and other HR databases
  • Maintain personnel files and records, keeping all departmental lists up to date
  • Fill out HRrelated paperwork for employees (DMH Systems Access enrollment/renewals, Employment Verification letters, PSLF forms, etc.)
  • General filing, faxing, scanning, copying
  • Process manual checks for Payroll department, as needed
  • Assist with Administration department (distribute incoming mail, prepare outgoing mail, transfer calls, etc.), as needed
  • Performs other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:


  • At least two (2) years Human Resources experience and a working knowledge of Human Resources policies and procedures, including the ability to answer general Human Resources questions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
  • Possess effective written and oral communication skills
  • Valid California Driver's License and current automobile insurance prior to start date
  • Must have received both Covid19 vaccination doses, as well as the first booster

Pay:
$ $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

  • Leadership: 1 year (preferred)
