Overview:
Duties:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, scraping, or sanding
- Mix and match colors to achieve desired shades
- Perform basic carpentry tasks such as repairing drywall and woodwork
- Utilize airless paint spraying equipment for efficiency
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
Experience:
- Prior experience in construction painting and concrete finishing
- Knowledge of color theory and blueprint reading
- Ability to build, weld, and restore surfaces
- Familiarity with various painting techniques and materials
- Proficiency in concrete finishing techniques
Nice-to-have Skills:
- Drywall repair
- Experience with airless paint spraying equipment
- Understanding of color theory for effective color matching
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
- Previous experience in construction painting and concrete finishing
