The Administrator - National General Affairs position oversees travel policy compliance by reviewing requests, arranging travel, and ensuring reimbursement adherence.
Additionally, it supports coordinators with setup tasks, handles purchasing for multiple locations, and manages various administrative tasks like invoicing, system implementation, and portal management, including credit card reconciliation.

- Report monthly reports on noncompliances for each location

- Housing (lease/utility), Bank account, SSN,Driver License, others (Cellphone, HMA lease order, Bus. Card etc.)
- Purchasing for San Diego, Otay, Arizona, Tampa, Tacoma, Brunswick, National City, Portland, Oakland

Education & Experience
- Associates Degree Required
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred
Years of Direct Experience Preferred
- 2 Years of Indirect Experience Required
- 4 Years of Indirect Experience Preferred
