Our Skoda dealership in Karlsruhe is looking for a:

Your responsibilities:

  • Friendly customer reception and support in the service area
  • Acceptance of orders, both by phone and in person, and scheduling appointments
  • Assistance with invoicing and handling complaints
  • Rental and billing of rental vehicles
  • Processing of invoices and conducting cash reconciliations
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction through active communication and problem-solving
