    The Social Services Manager is responsible for the leadership, management, supervision, and accountability of the Social Work Department to provide quality, patient centered social work services.

    Areas include the Emergency Room Medical Social Workers, Office of Decedent Affairs Social Workers, and Outpatient Social Services teams. Coordinate all resources and activities necessary for patient throughput, progression, and disposition.

    Identify and address through the escalation process any internal or external barriers that prevent and/or interfere with the delivery of quality services.

    Offer support and feedback to staff to maintain professional practice.
