Responsibilities

  • Provide handson technical program management and integration support.
  • Intake, develop, document, and coordinate internally and externally, organizational challenges presented to, or identified by, the Contractor.
  • Assess and identify duplicative, inefficient, and disconnected processes or requirements, produce timely reporting, and when directed, timely engagement, to the supported sponsor.
  • As assigned, discover; research; investigate; experiment; and record remedies; policy; analytical; operational; or projectbased challenges consistent with process.
  • Make timely; relevant; and resource
- /policy-aligned recommendations to the supported sponsor on enterprise-wide activities to streamline decisions, processes, or enhance requirements.

  • Consistently and professionally represent supported sponsor objectives when engaged at the Agency, Service, Department, Joint, OSD or Interagency echelons.
  • Research and produce consistent/sustained datadriven analysis to produce comprehensive and highly professional reports on an as required basis within stated timelines.
  • Align assigned tasks against US Law, DoD, DAF, and OSI policy, process, and guidance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 3 years with PhD
  • Experience: 35 years/full proficiency in any formal coding language (required); corporate/large company environment; significant risk analysis
  • Security Clearance: Top Secret w/ SCI eligibility
  • Areas of Emphasis: Rapid Capabilities; Information Warfare; Operations and Technology Integration; Analysis; Crisis Management; Military Operations; Law Enforcement; Counterintelligence; Special Access Programs; Security; Program Management; Requirements Development; Capability Development; Interagency Experience; Acquisitions; Procurement; Resource Management; Report Writing
    Target Salary Range
$146,000 - $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
