Description

• With mínimal oversight, lead R&D activities and collaborate with crossfunctional teams to design, develop, and test new products
• Conduct quality control tests to identify defects and ensure product reliability
• Implement quality management processes and systems to optimize product development
• Manage multiple projects and priorities to ensure that project objectives and timelines are met
• Lead product development activities from benchtop through commercialization
• Utilize knowledge of biochemistry, food processing, and GFSI standards in product design
• Sanitate production processes to maintain hygiene and safety standards
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product performance
• Conduct research on ingredients, formulas, and processes for product optimization and new innovation
• Work with internal teams and external resources to understand and solve technical challenges

• Experience in product development, preferably in the food industry
• Knowledge of quality systems, GFSI standards, and regulatory requirements
• Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail
