Description:
Responsibilities and Duties:
Manage a large collections portfolio of B2B accounts across a global territory. Conduct high-volume outbound calls, follow-ups, and maintain detailed documentation for collections and dispute resolution. Review past due accounts daily and weekly to determine appropriate next steps. Perform analysis to assess credit risk and evaluate the viability of potential and existing clients. Collaborate with team members to resolve billing disputes and identify cross-training opportunities. Negotiate credit terms and assess exposure against contracts to proactively manage risks. Provide ad-hoc reporting as directed by management.
Requirements:
Associates degree in accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent industry. At least 3 years of directly related B2B collections experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookups. Working knowledge of Sage/MAS 500 and general accounting functions (a plus). Ability to effectively interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are advantageous in certain areas.
