    Exciting Opportunity at Esri

    Join our team at Esri and take on a rewarding role as a Project Manager, where you will play a crucial part in enabling customer success and expanding Esri's influence in new domains. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

    • Leading projects to ensure customer success and enhance Esri's presence through effective project delivery
    • Acting as a bridge between professional services and clients to meet project requirements
    • Supervising a team of configuration engineers, systems engineers, and consultants dedicated to supporting customers and their critical systems

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead Technology Projects: Manage complex technology projects, oversee virtual teams, and ensure successful project implementation
    • Provide Strategic Guidance: Advise customers on innovative solutions utilizing Esri technology to drive informed decisions
    • Understand Customer Needs: Utilize domain expertise to build a strong community among customers and grasp key industry operations and goals
    • Engage Customers: Showcase the value of location in customer workflows and help them maximize their Esri investment
    • Drive Business Growth: Support business development by defining project strategies and collaborating with various teams to shape the future of the Delivery Department through cutting-edge projects and technologies

    Key Requirements:

    • 5+ years of IT project management experience
    • Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts effectively
    • Ability to translate customer goals into technical solutions
    • Self-motivated, team player with exceptional interpersonal skills
    • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
    • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in GIS Project Management
    • Knowledge of software engineering and geospatial technology
    • Familiarity with current technology implementation patterns
    • Master's degree in related field

    Rewards and Benefits:

    Esri offers a competitive total rewards package including health benefits, 401(k), vacation leave, holidays, and opportunities for personal and professional growth. Base salary for this role typically ranges between $74,880 and $150,280 USD.
