We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our home care business.
The Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in various administrative and human resources tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our agency.
Responsibilities:
- Obtain Esignatures for employee paperwork and maintain accurate records.
- Verify all work authorization documentation for HHA applicants to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Update necessary documentation spreadsheets daily to track employee information, training progress, and compliance status.
- Monitor the employee training program, including scheduling training sessions, tracking completion, and addressing any training needs or deficiencies.
- Work closely with registered nursing staff to update client/employee files, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation.
- Process new employee files, including conducting criminal records checks, verifying credentials, references, and completing required paperwork for onboarding.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
