Assistant Property Manager - Tucson, United States - Precision Metal Fabrication

Description

In this role, you will support the Property Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and maintaining the overall integrity of the property.

• Assist the Property Manager in managing all aspects of property operations
• Conduct property tours and show available units to prospective tenants
• Prepare lease agreements and ensure all required documents are completed accurately
• Collect rent payments and handle tenant inquiries or concerns
• Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution
• Assist with marketing efforts to attract new tenants
• Maintain accurate records of all propertyrelated transactions
• Assist with budgeting and financial reporting

• Previous experience in administrative or property management roles preferred
• Familiarity with contract management and lease agreements
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and guidelines
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts effectively
• Understanding of facilities management principles
• Knowledge of real estate administrative processes
• Familiarity with LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) program is a plus
