- Manage clinical team scheduled, task assignments, and time sheets to ensure appropriate coverage.
- Assist in leading clinical meetings to discuss case reviews, treatment planning, and program development.
- Maintain a caseload of clients conducting individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
- Provide clinical direction and support with crisis management.
- Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) in the state of Florida, with eligibility for licensure as a Qualified Supervisor.
- Master's degree or higher in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience working with adolescents and families in a mental health setting, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong clinical expertise in evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Informed Care, and Family Systems Theory.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with a collaborative and empowering approach to team management.
