Your tasks will include:
Independent planning, tendering and implementation of construction measures Monitoring of external company use for construction, maintenance and care measures, invoice and execution control with final acceptance of the measure Creation and maintenance of construction programs Coordination of utilities Contact person for inquiries regarding construction, maintenance and care measures Representation and support of the management of the SÖR district with the main task groups
