Job Summary:

Envision Toyota of Milpitas is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Service Porter.

This is a full-time, salaried position within the auto industry, located in Milpitas, California.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Park and retrieve customers' vehicles in a safe and timely manner
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Service Department drive way
Follow all safety and security procedures to ensure the protection of customers' vehicles

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
12 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the auto industry
Ability to operate both manual and automatic vehicles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detailoriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and multitask effectively
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
