About the Role:

Dr.

Squatch is rapidly growing, and with our continued expansion, we need a Transportation & Logistics Coordinator to join our Supply Chain team If you are a Supply Chain professional with a passion for logistics and strong attention to detail in data, this role is for you.


This role will report to Senior Logistics and Transportation Manager, and this is a full-time, hybrid role with company benefits, based in Marina Del Rey (Squatch HQ).


What You'll Do:


  • This position will be responsible for coordinating shipments with freight forwarders, freight brokers, and 3PLs to ensure they arrive in a timely manner
  • Assist with maintaining and publishing reports through TMS and ERP systems
  • Issue transfer orders to warehouse using ERP system
  • Maintain relationships with warehouses, freight brokers, and vendors
  • Work crossfunctionally with other internal teams for product launches to ensure inventory will be on hand by the expected date
  • Assist with continuous process improvements and developing SOPs
  • Ability to react quickly to shipping problems and come up with creative solutions
  • This role will provide essential support to the team, and responsibilities may change as the team grows

About You:


  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to problem solve and figure out resolutions with mínimal support
  • Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • At least 1 year experience in logistics or supply chain
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to change
  • Interest in health and wellness, personal care, and/or eCommerce industries
  • Experience working in the consumer products industry is highly preferred
  • Someone who gets things done without perfect resources is innovative and works with a sense of urgency, someone who has high standards takes ownership and is invested in the outcome
  • Someone who proactively helps others stays positive and has a good sense of humor
