Job summary
Toaster is looking for an ambitious and eager individual to join our client management and new business team in NYC. As a Business Director, you will play a pivotal role in the studio's next phase of growth. This hybrid position requires a blend of high-level client management and ambitious business development. You will be responsible for the smooth running and development of existing accounts, maintaining oversight of projects from brief to final delivery in collaboration with producers. Simultaneously, you will shape and execute the commercial growth strategy for the region, building on the agency's foundations to drive revenue and position the agency as a leader in the creative industry.
You will lead business development & regional growth by developing effective sales strategies that drive business growth. You will also manage pipeline generation through prospecting plans via strong networks with clients & corporate relationships.
