    Description

    Under the direction of the manager of marketing communications, this role provides internal marketing and communications support for AssistRx. The position objective is to provide a consistent and professional look for all internal communications while assisting key leadership with business-critical communication documentation.

    + Plan, edit and write content for a variety of internal communications mediums, such as SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, emails, staff presentation decks, newsletters and videos

    + Assist with the management and frequent updating of company and product information, post timely industry news and company updates, promote go-to-market initiatives, events, webinars and conferences

    + Ensure organizational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to employees and stakeholders

    + Support the delivery of the organizational rewards and recognition program

    + Provide support for internal events, including town halls and departmental summits, as well as client/ partner/ prospect meetings, by coordinating cross-functional teams

    + Support digital marketing initiatives, including internal email campaigns, surveys, social media campaigns, and website updates

    + Prepare presentations by evaluating text, graphics and brand representation

    + Develop, edit and proofread all internal copy in alignment with AP Style, corporate style guide and brand positioning and messaging

    + Meet deadlines by establishing priorities and target dates for marketing communication information gathering, creation, review and approval; coordinating requirements with contributors; providing status updates for review in meetings

    Requirements

    + Bachelors degree in marketing, public relations, event planning, journalism or a related field

    + Minimum 2 years of experience working in a communications role

    + Healthcare, technology or specialty pharmaceutical experience preferred

    + Public relations, marketing or advertising agency experience preferred

    Preferred Experience

    + Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, especially AP Style

    + Deadline-driven and able to balance competing priories while working independently or in a team environment

    + Must be results driven with ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

    + Self-starter with initiative and a sense of accountability and ownership

    + Graphic design and layout skills a plus

    + Experience working with WordPress, Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Survey Monkey or other survey platform and Hootsuite/Sprout or other social management platform, and Rewards & Recognition platform a plus
