Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate individual to join our team as a Caregiver.
As a Caregiver, you will provide essential assistance to individuals in need of support, such as seniors, persons with disabilities, or those requiring medical care.
Duties:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Help with meal preparation and feeding
- Perform light housekeeping tasks
- Monitor and report changes in client's health or behavior
Requirements:
- Experience in caregiving, senior care, or related fields
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques
- Familiarity with assisted living and dementia care practices
- Ability to provide home care services with compassion and empathy
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and client confidentiality
