    cBEYONData is seeking to hire a Data Lead to support the Army's Enterprise Business System Convergence project (EBS-C) as part of the Multi-Functional Capabilities Team (MFCT). The Data Lead will establish, manage and lead the implementation of a data strategy and framework in support of the project. The strategy and framework will be implemented in support of the Army Data Management Plan, Army Data Strategy, and Army Information Architecture. The Data Lead will integrate EBS-Convergence into all appropriate data governance forums and working groups.

    Responsibilities

    • Work across the MFCT and Program Management Office to coordinate migration, consolidation or retirement/archiving of data in applications, databases and systems
    • Lead the coordination, integration and maintenance of related data standards that may be identified as critical to the success of data interoperability
    • Create and implement the functional data strategy and framework in support of EBS-C
    • Provide oversight of an architecture group developing data-related architecture and engineering products in alignment with the DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF)
    • Project plan to integrate data efforts between all work teams and efforts.
    • Create and lead engagement plan with Army senior leaders such as the CIO, CDO, and OBT

    Requirements

    • 10 or more years of relevant experience
    • Master of Art/Master of Science degree in a relevant field required
    • Management experience leading large organizations in the development of data governance strategies, frameworks and documentation
    • Experience with ERP systems
    • Lean Six Sigma mindset
    • Familiarity with Army Logistics and/or Finance Data Requirements
