CRM Manager - New York, United States - Fandom
Description
About this Role:
This is an individual contributor role and will report directly to the Director, CRM.
You Will
:
- Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams, including product, content, and analytics, to ensure alignment of CRM initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Work with the sales team to identify opportunities and strategies for monetizing newsletters through sponsorships, partnerships, and advertising placements.
- Continuously analyze campaign performance metrics, including open rates, clickthrough rates, conversion rates, and revenue attribution, to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Monitor deliverability and inbox placement rates, identify and troubleshoot deliverability issues, and maintain a clean and engaged subscriber list.
- Work closely with the data analytics team to leverage customer data and insights for audience segmentation, personalization, and predictive modeling.
You Have
:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make datadriven decisions.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills, with the ability to craft compelling and effective messaging that resonates with target audiences.
- Selfmotivated team player with a proactive mindset, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines in a fastpaced environment.

- Passion for pop culture, entertainment, and fandom communities is a plus.
- Experience with programmatic advertising partners a plus
