Description
Responsibilities:
Light call volume (1 to 10 calls an hour) to assist retail / schools and other sports customers with completing orders.
May eventually assist with building social media content and posting
Company:
PTC Bmore (located in Mount Vernon
The position is fairly time flexible, during the business day, meaning if you would like to come in from 9 until 1 or 10 until 2, that's fine.
However, some level of creative social media work would probably be part of the job description after the first few months.
Schedule:
Part-time: M-F (4) hours per day
- either 9AM to 1PM or 10AM to 2PM - could be flexible to expand to 40 hours a week depending on business volume.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or Close to Earning a Degree (This is a REQUIREMENT)
Efficient, well spoken customer service knowledge
Motivated & Self-Starter
Well organized, diligent and able to creatively plan over the day and possibly a week (month or season) out, depending on the projects.
