    Description


    The role of the Manager, Closed-end Fund Accounting entails maintaining meticulous records for various private partnerships and accounts, alongside client and portfolio group reporting.

    Duties include preparing and managing books and records of pooled private investment funds, reconciling cash, investments, and real property, recording transactions, accounting for complex corporate actions, estimating monthly closing accruals, calculating income and expense allocations, preparing financial reports, analyzing performance metrics, coordinating with auditors and fund administrators, and other duties as needed.

    Applicants should possess a minimum of 5-7 years of relevant accounting or audit experience, strong reconciliation and analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with knowledge of SQL and Power BI being advantageous.

    Personal attributes include self-motivation, attention to detail, organizational prowess, initiative, excellent communication skills, and the ability to resolve complex problems.

    A Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance is required, with a CPA certification considered a plus.
