Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support:

Lead Generation: Actively engage in cold calling and employ diverse outreach strategies to tap into new client bases.

Administrative Duties:

Schedule Optimization: Skillfully manage the VP's calendar, ensuring efficient organization of meetings and appointments.

Meeting Management: Take charge of meeting logistics, agenda setting, and overall coordination to guarantee seamless operations.

Travel Planning: Arrange and coordinate travel itineraries for the VP as required.
Customer Interaction:

Query Resolution: Be the frontline point of contact for customer inquiries, delivering prompt and knowledgeable responses.

Order Processing Support: Assist customers with their orders, ensuring precision in processing and tracking.

Issue Management: Proactively address and resolve customer concerns, upholding the highest standards of service.
Invoice and Payment Management:

Invoice Generation: Create accurate, timely invoices for customer billing.

Packing Slip Preparation: Oversee the creation of detailed packing slips for shipments.

Customer Relationship Management:
