  • Responsible for the operation and maintenance of assigned HVAC and mechanical systems, through regular inspection, maintenance, and repair
  • Receiving and processing of fault reports, through immediate troubleshooting and repair of the system until it is restored
  • Receiving and processing of fault reports, through forwarding and accompanying external companies until technical acceptance
  • Documentation of all tasks in the FM system
  • Interdisciplinary work with colleagues from IT, electrical and medical technology
  • Participation in 24/7 oncall duty after appropriate training
  • Completed training as a plant mechanic (m/f/d) or related field
  • Ideally, professional experience in the field of ventilation and refrigeration technology in comparable facilities
  • Manual dexterity and a strong sense of quality and safety
  • High level of motivation, commitment, and teamwork skills
  • Strong service and customer orientation
  • Independent and goaloriented work style, taking responsibility
  • High level of motivation, commitment, and team spirit
  • Willingness to participate in further training and development
