Quality Management Series Employee / Customer Service Representative (m/f/d):


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Responsible for the quality management of our product and process scope
  • Handling of customer complaints, including warranty cases
  • Initiating, accompanying, and tracking measures for quality assurance and improvement
  • Creating SAP complaints
  • Planning and conducting product audits according to customer requirements
  • Planning and conducting requalification tests and audits
  • Creating quality statistics, preparing and analyzing qualityrelated data
  • Creating inspection/work instructions and SAP control plans (CLP)
  • Conducting measurement equipment and process capability studies
  • Participating in FMEA teams, qualification and validation activities
  • Preparing for internal and external process and system audits
  • Supporting internal process audits, quality planning for new launches
  • Participating in QRQC

What we are looking for:


  • Technical degree or equivalent qualification
  • Several years of experience in quality management and in the automotive industry with customer contact
  • Good written and spoken English skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, Lotus Notes, and SAP
  • Experience with VDA 6.5 product audits
  • Knowledge of VDA
