What you will do:
As a Machine Operator III, you will be responsible for the overall operation of potentially large-scale manufacturing machinery including actions such as feeding materials for processing, adjusting settings, performing minor repairs, and pulling finished product from the line.
- With limited supervision, operate multiple simple to advanced CNC manufacturing equipment while meeting production goals
- Inspect machined components using precision measuring equipment while keeping accurate production records and maintenance logs
- Identify and accurately record maintenance requests, and production documents
- Troubleshoot basic quality concerns with product or equipment
- Read part prints/blueprints
- Train others on recognizing and identifying cosmetic defects
- Assist in and lead execution of continuous improvement projects
- Identify and report safety concerns, production issues, and documentation errors
- Meet work schedule and overtime requirements, including weekends
- Exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects
What you need:
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- Two (2) Years Manufacturing Experience Required
- CNC experience Preferred
