Mid America Health (MAH) is hiring a motivated Portable Operations Manager to join its fast paced, friendly, portable dental division in Greenwood, IN This amazing opportunity will be a full- time, onsite position located in Greenwood, IN. This full- time opportunity will be Monday through Friday. The Portable Operations Manager is responsible for managing day-to-day operations while balancing various business responsibilities. These responsibilities include but are not limited to supervising, hiring, training, scheduling, and running a multi-state Division.
The ideal candidate for this position has stellar communication skills, is highly organized with a strong attention to detail, and has exceptional customer service skills in working with a variety of personalities. This candidate must take initiative, utilize outstanding problem-solving skills, and be able to handle a variety of tasks with a teachable spirit. The candidate should be able to adapt quickly to change and have a strong sense of balancing priorities. Exceptional communications skills (verbal and written) are an absolute must
This Portable Operations Manager position is full time, Monday through Friday. MAH offers full benefits to full time employees including Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance, 401k, generous paid time off, paid holidays, and a health savings account.
