Description
Titusville Oxford's client is currently looking for an experienced Senior Construction Manager to join their team during the execution stage of a project. Fluency in German is a must for this role.

Language: German REQUIRED

Project: Food and Beverage Manufacturing

Position Description:
  • Ensure full compliance with local and ADM's safety regulations/standards and promote a safety culture within the department (including reports and contractors). Meet goals for process safety and health, environment, product quality, quantity, processing, costs, and effectiveness.
  • Drive effective performance management throughout project execution, including goal setting, development, and providing strengths-based feedback to build a competent and motivated team.
  • Ensure timely and cost-effective project execution on a daily basis to achieve desired results.
  • Participate in various internal and external meetings.
  • Collaborate with the project manager and relevant stakeholders to address any large-scale disturbances or planned modifications.
  • Manage non-discretionary expense projects according to project management guidelines.
  • Report performance in agreed upon format and frequency.
Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving, diagnostic, and analytical skills with a results-focused approach.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
  • Fluent in German.
