What to expect:

  • Strategic and operational management of the areas of balance sheets and taxes, controlling, commercial services, and procurement with approximately 35 employees
  • Advising the board on all areaspecific topics and strategic company development
  • Central point of contact and sparring partner for banks, tax consultants, auditors, the board, and executives
  • Management of company finances, including liquidity management
  • Optimization of financial processes and support for change and integration projects
  • Responsibility for corporate controlling, preparation of financial statements according to HGB/IFRS, and submission of tax returns for all participating companies

What you should bring:

  • Completed degree in business administration with a focus on accounting or equivalent qualification
  • Several years of professional and managerial experience in a similar environment, ideally in the energy industry
  • Solid knowledge of accounting according to HGB and IFRS, as well as sound knowledge of tax law
  • Excellent expertise in corporate and project financing
  • IT affinity is an advantage
  • Analytical and strategic skills, as well as persuasiveness and strong communication skills
  • Pioneering spirit and creativity for developing new ways
  • Enjoyment of leading, motivating, and developing a team
  • Very good German and English skills
