- Responsible for the planning and execution of the annual capital plan within the food processing campuses. This includes working with all stakeholders to ensure that strategic plans and business objectives are executed on time and on budget. All CER packages will flow through this position to ensure that accuracy of budget, justification, ROI if required, and design meet specified GSF criteria. (25%)
- Maintains and operates the WWTP to ensure that the facility is in compliance with all state and federal regulations. Ensures that the WWTP operates within budgeted levels. (15%)
- Directly responsible for the MRO team to include sourcing/procurement of plant spare parts and supplies. Monitors spare parts inventory to ensure working capital targets are met, preventive maintenance plans are executed effectively, and breakdown resolution time is minimized. (10%)
- Designs or directs design of control systems to ensure quality and food safety, enhance company productivity, and reduce down-time. (5%)
- Supervises team effectively to include training and development, performance appraisals, and coaching to ensure company, plant, and department objectives are met. This includes ensuring that the mechanics are up to date on the latest trends and technologies in the industry. (10%)
