Tasks:

  • Support in managing financial documents such as invoices, receipts, contracts, and other financial records
  • Checking invoices and delivery notes and booking invoices
  • Updating and maintaining the database
  • Communication with customers, suppliers, and internal departments regarding financial matters

Qualifications:

  • Ongoing studies in business administration, (business) informatics, law, or a similar field
  • First experience in the commercial sector desirable
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Structured and independent way of working
  • Fluent in German
