Job Description

The role of Director (m/f/d) is a management position responsible for the growth of our business and reputation in the Munich area.

This role includes, in close coordination with the Head of the Munich Business Unit, defining and implementing the business generation strategy, responsibility for generating new business, and expanding our offerings and capabilities for the Industrial, Science & Technology Business Unit.


Responsibilities include:

  • Actively pursuing existing contacts and business opportunities, as well as expanding our network.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and securing project contracts through preparation of prequalifications and proposals.
  • Taking on and leading consulting mandates while ensuring our high quality and service standards.
  • Positioning Turner & Townsend as a provider for additional relevant services.
  • Employee selection, leadership, motivation, and development.

Qualifications

  • Completed degree in real estate or engineering, ideally with postgraduate qualifications.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management for complex construction projects and programs (especially industrial projects, such as pharmaceuticals, data centers, automotive, logistics).
  • Extensive knowledge of modern team leadership (technical and disciplinary).
