Your tasks

  • With our program for high school graduates, you combine the apprenticeship "Retail Salesperson" with the advanced training "Certified Retail Specialist IHK" your goal: to lead your own team as a store manager in the future
  • During the practical phases in the store, you will learn our business from the ground up and experience how we ensure quality, freshness, and cleanliness for a successful shopping experience
  • Whether it's restocking and presenting merchandise, ordering, or working at the cash register: you roll up your sleeves and give it your all
  • We also train you in employee management so that you can soon take on your first shift on your own
  • To further develop your skills, you will participate in various trainings and seminars you will also obtain the IHK trainer certificate
  • The theory phases take place in block lessons at an external training center (any travel/accommodation costs will be reimbursed)
Your profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent (completed theoretical and practical part)
  • Dedicated work ethic and enthusiasm for the dynamic
