Role:

We are seeking a proactive and talented
Senior HR Content Developer for a temporary assignment.

In this crucial role, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing content specifically tailored for our human resources platforms.


This position demands a strategic approach to content development, ensuring all materials align with our organizational objectives to enhance employee understanding, engagement, and satisfaction.


Duties:

Content Development and Management: Develop and manage engaging, informative content tailored for HR-related internal platforms, including intranet sites, newsletters, and training modules.

Strategic Alignment:Ensure all content is strategically aligned with HR objectives to foster employee engagement and support HR initiatives such as employee engagement, human capital initiatives, and retention.

Collaborative Content Creation:Lead and collaborate with HR team members and other stakeholders to gather insights and input for content creation, ensuring a holistic representation of client values and objectives.

Lifecycle Management:Oversee the content lifecycle, ensuring all HR communications remain accurate, relevant, and timely. Implement processes for regular review and updating of existing content.


Qualifications:

Experience:Minimum of 5 years'
experience in content development , preferably within an HR context, with a portfolio demonstrating past projects.

HR Knowledge:Strong understanding of HR processes, challenges, and best practices in content creation.

Writing and Editing Skills:Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a proven ability to create clear, engaging, and informative content.

Strategic Thinking:Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to develop content that meets business objectives and enhances employee engagement.

Collaboration and Leadership:Strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams. Experience in managing or mentoring content teams is highly desirable.

Communication and Organizational Skills:Excellent communication and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Education:A bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
-
Background:Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain and retain a public trust clearance.
