    are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the position of Head of European Quality.

    As the European Head of Quality, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality and compliance policies, processes, and programs across Europe.

    Responsibilities include overseeing the manufacturing location in Folkestone, UK, and collaborating with various business leaders to ensure compliance and address quality management systems.

    Additionally, you will be responsible for managing and developing a team, as well as working with external contract manufacturers and suppliers.


    Key Responsibilities:


    Develop and implement strategies that position the business to meet emerging market needs and quality requirementsInfluence cross-functional teams to align with new quality requirements and ensure adherence to themOversee the implementation of new requirements and monitor compliance across manufacturing sitesSet requirements for suppliers and monitor their compliance to ensure quality standards are metConduct regular evaluations of project performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful executionCreate and lead teams and teams of teams to drive quality improvement initiativesCommunicate and engage effectively with vendors and suppliers, maintaining sensitivity and confidentiality in all interactionsProvide clear direction, remove obstacles, and hold self and others accountable for achieving quality objectivesCollaborate with plant managers, SBUs, and supply chain leadership to ensure quality standards are upheldActively build connections and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, participating in industry forums and meetings to stay updated on the latest trends and developmentsRequirements :University degree in a related fieldOver 18 years of technical experience with a demonstrated track recordMinimum of 10 years of supervisory experienceStrong knowledge of ISO13485 and MDSAPExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to think strategically and translate strategy into action plansStrong leadership and influence skillsAbility to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience in talent management and developing future leadersAbility to speak French is desirableThis role will require some international travel.
