We are currently seeking a Department Head (m/f/d) for our Jobcenter Integration department (Department 43) in Streator, IL, starting as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities:

Participation in the strategic direction of the Jobcenter Landkreis Würzburg
Management of the department, including supervision of staff and tasks
Process control and optimization, as well as quality assurance
Participation in various working groups and maintaining contacts with other authorities, associations, and interest groups

We expect:

A degree in Diplom-Verwaltungswirtin (specializing in administration and finance)

or a successfully completed Angestellten or Beschäftigtenprüfung II

or a successfully completed degree in social pedagogy / social work

or a successfully completed degree in law (Diplom-Jurist, Bachelor of Law, or equivalent)

or a successfully completed degree in business administration (Betriebswirt, Bachelor of Arts, or equivalent)

Indepth knowledge of social benefits law (especially integration benefits according to SGB II and SGB III) or the willingness to acquire this knowledge quickly
A decisive and serviceoriented work style
Organizational skills and resilience
Flexible working hours and willingness to travel for work
