The Opportunity...


We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Product Operations Manager who will champion cross-functional communications for all marketing initiatives.

This role will be responsible for managing the execution, optimization, and performance of advertising campaigns across various digital platforms.

This individual will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including media, design, customer success, product management, and engineering, to drive efficiency, scalability, and excellence in digital advertising delivery.

This individual will have a hands-on approach and will be required to work within our proprietary ad trafficking platform to help the team in certain set-ups (when necessary) to execute high priority initiatives for the business.

This role requires strong analytical skills, a strategic mindset, and a deep understanding of digital advertising technologies and platforms.


How You'll Contribute
:


  • Manage ad operations team; ensure campaign and tracking setups are accurate and timely to meet internal and external marketing deadlines
  • Learn and be a master of our proprietary platform; have a handson approach to setting up offers, campaigns, tracking and attribution, ringpools, A/B tests, etc. anything to help the team and the business in executing initiatives accurately and efficiently
  • Be able to advise on all things tracking and attribution related
  • Develop and maintain efficient ad operations workflow and processes to streamline campaign setup, trafficking and reporting
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to gather campaign assets and specifications
  • Utilize data analytics tools and ad platforms to track campaign performance, analyze data, and identify opportunities for optimization
  • Set up and management of call campaign scripting using Twig and continuous iterations on scripting flows and language and running split tests
  • Setting up client accounts and campaigns in the Datalot system
  • Monitor live campaigns ensuring everything is working as expected and resolve or escalate issues with live campaigns
  • Continuously assess and identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency
  • Implement best practices, standardized methodologies, and automation tools to enhance crossfunctional collaboration and scalability
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define product requirements, prioritize features, and drive product roadmap initiatives
  • Facilitate communication and alignment between product, engineering, design, and other stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle

What We're Looking For
:


  • 4+ years of experience in digital advertising operations, with a proven track record of managing complex campaigns and driving results
  • 4+ years of experience in working with the CAKE platform (or something equivalent proprietary CMS systems)
  • 4+ years of experience in working with affiliate marketing platforms (CJ, IR, etc.)
  • 4+ years of experience in working with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics
  • 3+ years of experience in working with JIRA
  • Proven track record of managing digital operations projects (with handson experience working in various tracking platforms), driving operational efficiency and delivering results
  • Deep understanding of ad serving technologies and industry standards
  • Familiarity with SOAP, JSON and XML formats
  • Able to absorb information quickly, turning complex ideas digestible results
  • Critical thinker, with the ability to roll up your sleeves and get creative
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a datadriven approach to decisionmaking
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and influence stakeholders at all levels
