Job Summary:

Duties:


  • Experience in managing Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File Server.
  • SW and HW troubleshooting capabilities on Windows PC/Mac and multifunction printers.
  • Indepth knowledge of Microsoft Office36

  • Sharepoint
  • Teams
  • Indepth knowledge of Networking (Firewall
  • Switch
  • Router
  • Access point) and its protocols (TCP/IP).
  • Experience managing virtual systems and environments both onpremise and cloud.
  • Troubleshooting activities for all operating systems and security issues
  • Support for Operation and Maintenance activities of Servers and network devices.
  • Excellent knowledge in managing WEB domains.
  • Knowledge and management of security systems such as Antivirus (BitDefender) and Security appliances (Fortigate, Cisco Meraki)
  • Previous experience in the management of complex and geodistributed network infrastructures.

Requirements:


  • Solid understanding of computer networking principles.
  • Proficiency in desktop support including hardware and software troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with Firewall configurations and security protocols.
  • Knowledge of computer hardware components and peripherals.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

Pay:
$60, $70,000.00 per year
