Requirements:
  • At least a secondary school diploma with good grades in mathematics, physics, and technical work
  • Interest in production processes, procedures, and quality control
  • Technical understanding
  • Manual dexterity
  • Precise and responsible work ethic


Training Locations:
  • Practical training at our company's various production facilities
  • Vocational school at the Technical College in Jülich
  • Inter-company training in cooperation with Isola GmbH in Düren
Training Schedule:

1st year of training:

  • 2 days of vocational school per week
  • Basic metal training in block courses

2nd year of training:

  • 2 days of vocational school per week
  • Preparatory training for the intermediate examination, including pneumatics and basic E-pneumatics
  • Intermediate examination by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce in September
  • Final examination by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce in June
