- Perform programming trouble shooting, queries, and reporting utilizing PL/SQL and SQL.
- Work with users to support, troubleshoot, and configure the Banner ERP system (and other third-party enterprise applications) to ensure needs are met
- Write complex SQL queries to serve as a data pipeline for a variety of products and initiatives across campus including data analysis and third-party application interfaces
- Work with structured and unstructured data from a variety of data stores, such as relational database management systems and/or data warehouses
- Maintain and audit user accounts and permissions in enterprise applications
- Work with vendors to resolve issues or research configurations to provide solutions for day-to-day processing as well as large-scale projects
- Review product releases, create test plans, work with users for testing, and create change management documentation for new product releases in our ERP environment.

- Bachelor's Required, Master's Preferred
- At least 10 years related experience
- Strong SQL programming skills and familiarity with Oracle database objects
- In-depth technical knowledge of the Banner ERP system
- In-depth functional knowledge of at least one module of the Banner ERP system
- Strong problem solving skills
- Ability to work with both functional and technical staff to provide solutions for customers
- Strong written and oral skills
- Proficiency with MS Office applications
- Experience with additional Ellucian products
- Experience with Application Manager (AppWorx/UC4/Automic)
- Experience researching, documenting, and testing application releases
- Experience working with vendor support groups
- Experience with Evisions product suite
- Ability to quickly learn a range of databases and extract information from that for either interface files or data analysis/visualization.
