- Provide superior guest service for all our guests.
- Prepare and serve drinks in a safe and timely manner.
- Clean prep areas and serving areas.
- Take orders and operate point of sale system.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Provide assistance to other departments as directed.
- Participate in audits and training sessions.
- Work required hours scheduled while following all labor laws.
- Communicate appropriate department, park, or team-related concerns to the Leadership Team.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to address multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills, and ability to resolve questions, problems, issues, and concerns
- Strong communication skills. Complete understanding of the English language
- Must have flexible schedule availability, including holidays and weekends
- Previous cashier experience is helpful
- Previous guest-related experience is preferred
- Ability to work in a team in a fast-paced environment

This position is seasonal starting the end of May 2024 to Labor Day 2024 (can be flexible with start and end dates).
