Our thriving, fee-for-service practice is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Practice Operations Manager to be the architect of operational excellence and fuel our growth.


This leadership-oriented position will allow you to strengthen your dental management experience while using your talents to guide our team in providing high-quality dental care for our patients.

You'll Offer

  • A minimum of 5 years of general dental experience with 35 years of dental management experience, supervising multiple teams
  • Strong leadership skills, excellent customer service, and outstanding interpersonal skills to manage patient and employee relations
  • Proven track record of meeting production and collection goals while working in a team environment
  • Wellversed in all areas of business, with specialized skills in interviewing, scheduling, delegating, and motivating
  • Solutionsfocused and resultsdriven approach to ensure productivity and quality performance
  • Efficiency with Eaglesoft & Curve and proficiency with Gmail, Word & Excel (techsavvy is a must)
  • Excellent verbal communication and the ability to convey important information clearly and effectively to supporting team members
  • Strong leadership, initiative, excellent delegator, and mediator
  • People person, able to provide excellent customer service
  • Quick decisionmaking and problemsolving abilities, thriving in a fastpaced environment all while smiling
  • Excellent time management, responsible, goaloriented, and organized
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Confident, proactive, and willing to take on workplace challenges
  • Great listening skills and able to take direction from individuals in higherlevel positions
  • Likable by most and able to motivate others
  • Punctual, reliable, positive attitude, team player, and ability to work under pressure
  • Knowledge of dental terminology is a MUST
