    Job Opportunity

    Shift / Production Supervisor

    As Shift / Production Supervisor, you play a key role in ensuring the top-notch performance of your shift. Upholding policies & procedures is crucial in our safety-first & quality-oriented environment.

    • Set Schedules: You'll work 12-hour shifts following a rotating 2-week standard schedule.

    Your Responsibilities

    • Oversee quality control checks and maintenance to ensure alignment with policies & procedures.
    • Uphold various standards like GMP, ISO, SPC, quality, and safety throughout the shift.
    • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with processes & procedures.
    • Manage work orders to meet customer needs, including necessary materials.
    • Train new team members and provide support during breaks as required.
    • Collaborate across the operation to enhance processes continually.

    Your Qualifications

    • Availability for Night Shift.
    • At least 5 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in plastic manufacturing.
    • Detail-oriented with knowledge of SPC & Quality procedures.
    • Familiarity with GMP & Lean manufacturing.
    • Demonstrated leadership skills and proficiency in programs like SAP.
    • Capability to handle items up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation.
