Description
Creates formulas independently and follow-ups on product stability in addition to being able to identify alternatives for reformulation purposes.- Develops new and robust skin care formulations and processes as well as understands the relationship between formulation and production.
- Work closely with Regulatory, QC & Compliance to ensure FDA compliance for product formulation requirements.
- Handles multiple projects simultaneously and can work under tight deadlines.
- Develop expertise with our software systems, or other systems and platforms as may be required.
- Follow all GMP guidelines, SOPs and safety requirements.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related discipline. Advanced degree is a plus.
- 3+ years of formulation experience.
- Working experience in developing innovative skin/hair/OTC products
- Thorough understanding of cosmetic raw materials and latest technologies
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Creative / Outofthebox thinker
Pay:
From $60,000.00 per year
