- Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET federal security clearance
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with data analytics, statistical analysis, or Excel spreadsheets
- Experience with Air Force Program Office or equivalent
- Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Office programs
- An ACTIVE and CURRENT SECRET federal security clearance
- Certified Cost Estimator/Analyst (CCEA) (or ability to obtain CCEA)
- Additional relevant certifications such as DAWIA Level 1+, CDFM, Project Management, Lean Six Sigma, and similar techniques
- Experience in cost estimation tools and agile software development environments
- General or integrated perspective in DoD acquisition, financial management, and cost analysis
- Experience using cost estimating tools like ACEIT, SEER-SEM, Crystal Ball, TruePlanning

What You Will Do:
The successful Air Force Program Cost Estimator will support our government clients within Department of Defense (DoD) Program Management Offices. You'll be creating significant value and impact for the DoD by assisting in controlling program costs for Information Technology (IT) and/or weapon system acquisitions through various stages of their project lifecycles. In this role, you may develop a range of cost analysis documents, including Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs), Life Cycle Cost Estimates (LCCEs), Economic Analysis (EAs), Business Case Analyses (BCAs), and Analyses of Alternatives (AoAs). Our Government clients look to Guidehouse for thought leadership and leading practices within cost estimating. The best candidates will work effectively in professional teams, coordinating cost analysis activities, providing cost advice to government leadership, and maintaining program awareness.

The annual salary range for this position is $94,900.00-$142,000. Salary decisions depend on various factors such as skill sets, experience, security clearances, & certifications.
