At the earliest possible date, we are looking for you for a 6-month internship (m/f/d) at DB Regio AG in Frankfurt am Main. After consultation with your supervisor, remote work is also possible.
Your tasks:
  • You identify training needs and develop training and learning objectives in close coordination with internal interface partners
  • You also take on the didactic-methodical and target group-oriented preparation of training methods, standards, and technologies
  • You create, prepare, and further develop training materials for trainers, participants, and subject matter experts
  • You provide training materials in the DB Learning World and act as a contact person for
