partners with multiple name brand companies in diverse markets and we pride ourselves in exceeding customer expectations We are looking for a dynamic Terminal Manager to lead our team in Richfield, WI.

Terminal Manager responsibilities include but are not limited to the following.

Manage daily operations, workflow processes, and warehouse inventory
Manage multiple teams of dedicated carrier delivery drivers in addition to terminal staff
Ensure terminal is performing efficiently and meeting customer expectations
Develop and maintain relationships with customers in the market
Resolve operational issues in an efficient, fair and expeditious manner
Manage the operations budget, profit and loss objectives, internal metrics and key performance indicators.

Terminal Manager requirements include the following.

Minimum two years final mile delivery experience
Functional understanding of P&L statements
Experience managing and training direct reports
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Office
Excellent organization skills as well as being a detailoriented selfstarter
Travel as needed

Terminal Manager benefits include the following.
