Your Vital Role:

Deliver phenomenal service to our patients during their first interaction with our practice
Provide worldclass customer service while keeping our operations running smoothly
Master the art of multitasking by handling patient calls daily with a friendly, caring demeanor
Schedule appointments efficiently while building patient rapport
Check patients in/out and maintain accurate records with attention to detail
Thrive in a fastpaced environment, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Eagerly collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless patient experiences
Greet patients warmly and make them feel like part of our dental family

Our Perfect Office MVP:

Experience with Curve and EagleSoft dental practice management software (preferred)
Effective communication skills to convey important details clearly
Strong customer service skills and ability to develop patient relationships
Bilingual English/Spanish fluency is highly desired
Positive attitude with a knack for putting smiles on faces
